A couple of years ago, I made this for Christmas:
I just went through old church magazines and found any pictures that were full-page, or fairly large. I cut them all out and glued them on construction paper.
Then I put them in sheet protectors and put them all in a binder.
Since that time, the Church has produced an even better version of a picture book called the Gospel Art Book, including 137 pictures for only $3.50! (free shipping too!) I ordered one a few weeks ago and love it!
It comes as a spiral-bound book, and I had the idea to maybe take it apart so I could put the pictures in sheet protectors like my binder above. The only reason being that as the kids handle the book and point at the pictures, etc. the pages may not hold up very well. We'll see......
I am excited to use it for FHE, and I am also wanting to see if I can fit in a little mini daily devotional using these pictures to teach with.....more on that later!
